It is a workshop to do in person, lasting 2 hours which the last half hour will be to put resources into practice.

  • The power of the “interval” when it comes to educate our children.
  • How to introduce more positive emotions into our daily routine.
  • Strategies to educate positive from home.
  • Resources and activities: including a Mindfulness practice.
