It is a course to do in person of 2 hours during which we will introduce different Mindfulness techniques.

  • What are emotions and how do they affect our life?
  • Limiting beliefs versus empowering beliefs.
  • How to introduce more positive emotions into our daily routine.
  • Practice of Mindfulness techniques: Body Scan, Meta or Love Meditation and Meditation to connect with your inner child.
